Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Unionville Walking Club website ("Website"), booking classes, or purchasing merchandise. By accessing or using our Website, booking a class, or buying any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the Unionville Walking Club Website, including all services and products offered. Unionville Walking Club ("we," "us," or "our") operates this Website and provides outdoor fitness classes and related merchandise. As a user, "you" or "your" refers to anyone accessing or using our services. 3. Class Bookings & Participation
3.1 Booking Process: Classes can be booked through our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

3.2 Payment: We accept major credit cards, paypal and google payments. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

3.3 Cancellation Policy (By You):

Full Refund: If you cancel your class booking with at least 3 hours' notice before the scheduled class time, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

No Refund/Credit: Cancellations made with less than 3 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

No-Shows: If you do not attend a booked class without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

3.4 Cancellation Policy (By Unionville Walking Club):

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: severe inclement weather (e.g., thunderstorms, extreme heat warnings), instructor illness, or insufficient enrollment.

In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible via email and/or text message to the contact information provided during booking.

If a class is canceled by us, you will have the option to reschedule your booking for a future class or receive a credit for a future class.

3.5 Health & Safety Waiver:

Participation in Unionville Walking Club's outdoor fitness classes involves inherent risks, including physical exertion, falls, and exposure to environmental elements (e.g., uneven terrain, weather conditions).

By booking a class, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to participate. You are strongly advised to consult with a medical professional before beginning any new exercise program.

You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by our instructors during classes.

A separate, comprehensive liability waiver will be required to be read and signed before your first class participation. Your participation in any class is contingent upon signing this waiver.

3.6 Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in outdoor fitness classes offered by Unionville Walking Club, including but not limited to injuries, falls, and exposure to environmental conditions.

3.7 Personal Property: Unionville Walking Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property that you bring to or leave at class locations. Please secure your belongings.

3.8 Participant Conduct: We expect all participants to conduct themselves respectfully and safely during classes. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

4. Merchandise Sales
4.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images on our Website are as accurate as possible. However, minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur.

4.2 Pricing: All prices for merchandise are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes will be added at checkout. Shipping costs are extra and will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

4.3 Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at our sole discretion.

4.4 Payment: Payment for merchandise is processed at the time of order placement.

4.5 Shipping Policy:

We ship to all provinces within Canada

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be presented at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

4.6 Returns & Refunds Policy:

Refunds / Exchanges: We currently do not offer REFUNDS OR exchanges.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Mediation/Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 30 days), both parties agree to consider engaging in mediation or binding arbitration in YORK REGION, ONTARIO before pursuing litigation.

Jurisdiction for Litigation: If mediation or arbitration does not resolve the dispute, or if either party chooses not to participate in mediation/arbitration, any legal action or proceeding shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
